Essentially you post "Its different this time." This may be true, or perhaps not..

We all gage likely hood of event vs potential cost...

I judge likely hood to be sufficiently enough above 0 that I am concerned. I judge cost in this event to be very high if sufficient precautions not taken.

As for duration of event -- could be gradual as in last 100 yrs or in just a few days... Loss of confidence in bank runs can occur quickly... this could be similar...

However, the show can go on as long as Chinese Govmt willing to to accept green tickets for value.

How long will this be?

Perhaps TJ has a read on this...
