Or are penny stocks off limits? [if so, I will not present them here]

of the VOIP plays I've mentioned, it has the best upside potential... imo

CAPA has a double top which I think will hold for awhile.

Shares of VoIP, Inc. (OTCBB: VOII), a leading provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications solutions for service providers, resellers and consumers, surged last week as investors recognized the launch of its VoIP platform with Google Maps. VoIP will supply the click-to-call technology to the Internet giant that will allow customers to directly contact merchants, although the company did not make a public announcement on the launch. VOII will receive a fee for each phone call that is placed to connect a customer with a merchant. Shares surged more than 21% on Friday on six times average volume. Message 23026705
