I agree it's disturbing. To me it shows that there are certain people who would like to introduce that as the standard. People in high places even. I would be surprised if they are successful because every time they have brought the idea up in the US there has been a huge public outcry.

I have heard the thing about fluoride before. All I can say is it is possible to me that there are people who would be interested in the possibility of buffering off the populace if they thought it was possible. To me it is a conspiracy theory that has never really been established that I have seen. Either that fluoride has that effect or that the intent of officials making the decisions to add fluoride considered any effect like this in their deliberations.
