Today's rightwing is far more corrupt than we have ever seen congress and the president in our lifetimes. Worse than Nixon, much worse than anything democrats have done. It's untrue that democrats are corrupt. They actually have a pretty clean record. Especially in the past 10 years or so. Major corruption has not been a part of the democratic machine since LBJ retired. He too was a Halliburton crony. But that's ancient history now. In fact LBJ would probably be a Bush republican these days. If you're thinking of 1950's style corrupt unions and a few big city bosses, that went out of existence a long time ago, partly because Robert Kennedy cracked down. Besides, it is no excuse for today's massive GOP corruption. Pointing fingers at others is one big sin the rightwing keeps committing. Time to take responsibility and be held acountable.
