Clinton was the most competent president in our lifetimes. The gross incompetence of Bush is clear for all to see. The bungling of Iraq alone is more incompetence than has been displayed in the past ten presidents combined. You will soon see that a democratic congress will also be very competent, in terms of actually solving problems the people want solved, not in selling out to lobbyists and stealing more power the way the Delay congress has done. The current GOP congress is the most corrupt and incompetent we have ever seen. As far as I can tell, they have not solved a single problem for the American people.
