The wild card is, do more conservatives refuse to cooperate with pollsters than liberals? And as the perception that the polls are rigged spreads, will this problem (for them) get worse? Maybe they should do a poll on that.

Yes he is. But to be fair, it's a tricky issue, since party affiliation is changeable over time, and assuming nothing has moved since the last election isn't the right answer either.
