Not really -- DJE still owns about 40% of Titan, which now holds all the uranium properties.

Howy is right, they traded their properties for a big chunk of Titan. Titan will also get DJE's key uranium geos, I believe. This way, DJE also gets some upside if Titan hits on any of their own properties, since they own the stock.
