don't know for sure; have never looked at that; but generally, it's jurisdiction should be limited as you indicate and therefore damages based only on the area. But then I don't trust the Europeans. I think the problem is that Qcom has a lot of "most favored" licensse clauses in its contracts, so being forced to lower rates for one could force a lowering for everybody, in effect.
