I wonder when PLNI will file an 8-K for the Semco acquistion?

That should clarify which Semco company/companies were actually acquired.

When a company puts out news releases for orders of $150,000 and $250,000 you know they must be hurting. Those size contracts are everyday contracts with most companies today and are peanuts. I can't imagine what Turek would do if he got a contract for over a million.
