The people or companies below have a history scam, dillution, pillaging, or just piss poor management PAVC ( formerly PAIV, formerly JPHC).. JPHC and APO merged to form PAIV. It plumetted 98% the first day of trading due to multi millions of shares nobody knows where they came from, were dumped at the open and 6 months later people still do not have their shares. They listed for a 1 for 200 RS but told all investors/shareholders that they listed for the RS, but it was a stretegic move to try to harm the shorts and they had no intention of doing the RS. They then sprung the RS on people with 10 minutes left in the trading day and it was going into effect immediately. All shareholders with less then 100 shares after the RS were going to be given 'free shares' to round them up to 100 shares. It has been more then 6 months and investors still do not even have their shares from the original JP and AP merger and company is 100% silent as they are dumping shares, yet nobody has their shares or even knows what is going on as the TA is basically lying, as the company remains silent and is dumping shares. The round up shares are non restricted and free trading, yet the few people that have gotten them have either had their brokers tell them they are restricted ( not according to the official filings..they are supposed to be 100% free trading) or they sold the free trading shares and they are now somehow short the company.
