This kid was 16 by the way so I wasn't beating on the little kids. Wife was still not impressed with me however:) I could throw it from the left field fence to home plate without a cut off and threw out many a guy who didn't believe I could get it there. Had several throw outs at first from short field also. One I'll never forget was playing softball and catching one that had looped over the short stops head. He and I hadn't played together and he didn't realize that I could throw someone out at first under the right conditions. So I catch this thing on it's first hop running forward and I rifled it to first with all I had. Mr short stop didn't duck and I hit him right on the crown of the head. The ball ricocheted off his head and flew out into the parking lot. Thought I killed him. Couldn't have dropped him any faster if I'd a shot him with a gun. He wasn't the same for the rest of the night:)
