Koresh and his group were like the girl scouts compared to these people. They didn't have plans to annihilate the rest of humanity who did not agree with their beliefs. I would consider it a great benefit to humanity if more terrorists torched themselves...

You're way off base here. Just where do you think all these terrorists come from? They're conditioned and brain washed by the madrassas into hating all that isn't Islam and even parts of Islam itself. Destroying all the madrassas in the ME would go a long way to defeating terrorism since they are at the root of all this militancy....... IMO you'd be better off placing your pity on others........
