That gap is way below the major moving averages Bernard therefore is not a signifcant concern at this point. If I was expecting some fluke in earnings or if the gap were nearer to a moving average then I'd keep an eye on it. The company seems to be pretty straight forward in their press, explaining the non-cash charge and that they expect to be profit positive for this Q...making it three in a row.

I think the insider selling was option related and not for any sinister reason. Personally, I wish they would do away with options altogether and just pay people it would take a lot of the o my god factor out of investing.
