Not a single one of those things amount to evidence of having no concern about the environment or considering its protection to be a luxury that we can't afford.

Even if the administration didn't pass a single new restriction (and it has) merely maintaining the old ones would be maintaining protection on the environment. Even getting rid of many of them (which is not something the administration has done) would only indicate a desire for a lower level of protection, not a belief that we should have no protection.

If you want to deal with specific cases, and not make overreaching and unreasonable claims about how the administration wants no protection, then fine lets do so, but while your examples could in theory provide evidence for some weaker negative claim about Bush's environmental policy, they don't provide evidence for the claims you actually made.
