I do not believe that this see-saw can continue. Interest rates are abnormally low and will eventually have to adjust to a more realistic level, thereby slowing the corporate sector.

If this happens in the near future (right now there is no sign of it), then it will put further pressure on housing, which remains overvalued.

I think fundamentally gold looks very good. Its fortunes are very much tied with the stock market, however.
