As I said, in some indices an evolving down impulse is still possible, on others, probably not. We're talking odds, of course - and odds may or may not work out. I'd say, SPX above 1382 makes it more likely that new highs should be reached in the short term.. SPX above 1386 would make this VERY likely.

I think SPX may give an indication before the end of the day... it should be up or down soon.
