If I understand your statement, my answer is that I can't. That's been my point all along.

However, the Fed cannot print money in a vacuum. They have been allowed to do so, mostly because of the ineptitude of the ECB and JGB.

Perhaps capital that was misallocated into residential real estate the past two years gets diverted to a better use, generates a better ROE and greater benefit to society?
