That's old news.<g> The insiders have been doing some buying. It sells around 1.4xBV on average volume of 1K although on the down day of Aug.8 the volume was 30,600 & 16,800 on Sep.5 which was also a down day.<g> It has a PE around 13 & has a yield of 1.5% But watch that the recent 3rdQ results included $1.5M of the sale of their NorthStar Bancshares & it did only beat last Yrs results by a nickel.<g> From your standpoint the thing to watch is wether it will be able to close above its Jan.H of 24 They have a ROE around 11% & EPS growth rate around 6%, but I don't like their 57% debt.Of course, I know you aren't interested in such minuscia.<g>
