That's the program that I saw, but apparently I didn't watch enough of it to form a reasonable opinion. The few minutes I saw made me mad, so I changed channels. I guess I'm just jumpy about people blaming America first, and the portion of the program that I saw seemed to do that.

I agree that our Constitution is truth for us, and it is forged in the fires of revolution, unlike other elements of the former British Empire. I can't imagine living under any other constitution, and frankly I'm not that interested in even travelling to other countries, especially where I don't speak the language. That's my loss, I know.

I'm not sure I agree with his idea that taking somebody off the street and making him president would enable that person able to protect us and go to war if necessary. Can you see Charlie Rangel doing that, for example? Or Ted Turner, Paris Hilton?

On the other hand, I would rather that our candidates for president be drafted by popular demand rather than seek the job as we now do.

For myself, I have no wish for America to be imperialist. I would rather just live and let live. However, there are too many Saddam Husseins and Kim Sung Ils in the world for that.
