I guess that Blows your MBR Theory. LOL No, I am satisfied with the 10Ks that I bought at MBR.<g> What it does is give me some confidence on buying companies with no significant LTD in which management holds more than 50% & funds more than 20% with a large short position & in which I can understand some of what they are doing & like it.<g> The news was the frosting on the cake for October results, which I usually consider as not a favorable month.<g> Message 22225259
