Sorry, Pro....incompetence is incompetence. Since you won't put any blame on the Commander in chief, how about Rumsfeld? Oh, he's not responsible either? Well, then...General Casey? What..no, he isn't responsible either? Gee...I guess no one is responsible for a practice that put hundreds if not thousands of our weapons in the hands of people who want to kill our soldiers.
