We had a garden of sorts, and even got a few tomatoes to grow. The dogs ate them before we got them picked.

I still have some tomatoes left in my garden. They'd be great.......nice and mushy. We're getting our first hard freeze tonight. Likely down to 25 or so. If I had tomatoes in the garden, they'd be mush. As it is, my impatiens are toast.
