Back in the good old days in Minnesota, before cars had good heaters, we always bundled up warmly in the family Studebaker during the winter. The car had 8" x 12" plastic ovals pasted on the inside of the windows to reduce the condensation from our breath. Dad had to peer through these ovals to drive.

Obviously they can invent something more advanced for fuel cell cars. We already have electric defrosters on rear windows and outside rear view mirrors, so let's develop these for the windshield and side windows. Do fuel cells throw off any waste heat? If so, it can be routed into the car. Otherwise maybe we need a heater to burn some of the fuel for heat.
