re: Whether its true or not true is irrelevant. He's says it because its difficult to prove one way or the other, and it helps to create ambivalence in the mind of the voters. Cheney is a fruitcake.......he thinks that there can be no gain without pain; hence his stay the course edict. Hopefully, we can get these disturbed people out of power. I guess the shocking part to me is that he would use that line thinking ANYONE would actually believe it. I'm sure many people believe it.......and would believe anything that came out of his mouth. However, I think those people are in a minority now.
