Paramount Gold (PGDP) -- Wondering if anyone has looked at this one recently and if so, what do you think. A good presentation is on their website at paramountgold.com .

The stock broke out of its doldrums yesterday, right on que, with the absence of tax-loss selling.

The company has decided to list on the TSX-V exchange and is having an NI43-101 study done on their San Miguel prospect, which should be out by the end of the month I believe. They will then probably do a big financing, since they have budgeted $10M for cap ex for '07 but currently are broke (or close to that).

If in fact they end up on the TSX-V exchange, this will be a bizarre route, first Pink Sheets, then US OTCBB, then TSX-V. Don't think I've ever seen that route taken in that order before. I guess it confirms what some have said here in the past, that the TSX-V exchange is the only place to be for precious metal exploration companies.
