I don't understand this debate, surely neither one of you is silly enough to think that politicians cannot be bought and sold by your vote. Every politician changes his or her ethics according to the situation he or she finds themselves in and what will get them their overblown salaries. After all being in government beats making 5 bucks on a street corner by miles. But for one side to accuse the other of situational ethics is like accusing them of breathing.

>>CRAP. You admitted you were a Liberal. And you are on the record as accusing Conservatives of situational ethics. So you are a bloody liar. Admit it and be respected...<<

Solon -

I'm going to try one more time to get this point across.

I mentioned that conservatives use siituational ethics, but I did not do it to "accuse" them. I have even come out in favor of considering situations when applying ethical standards, so how could saying that someone does that be an accusation coming from me?

Can you not grasp the distinction here?

I know you really want me to be wrong here, but I'm just not. If I were, I'd admit it.
