You would think that is the case. Low long term interest rates, easy credit, low unemployment and continued reflation are the keys. Housing bubble and oil prices seem to be just side shows in the big picture unless they deviate too quickly from prevailing trends..

"Goldilocks" will come to an end when:
a) Asians wake up and realize the emperor has no clothes and flee the dollar, causing inflation and rates to skyrocket and possibly forcing fed's hand to raise rates into weakness

and/or

b) Americans wake up that they are being fleeced of their savings and flee the dollar
