Is Iraq in a state of civil war? Or do you morons believe that unless the two sides wear blue and gray uniforms, they can't possibly in a civil war?! LOL! Actually, in Iraq there are at least four major conflicts - 1. A Sunni-Shia conflict in the center, 2. An intra-Shiite conflict in the South, 3. An Arab-Kurd conflict in the north and 4. A Sunni insurgency in the center and west. So what color uniforms do they have to wear before you idiots admit that it is a civil war?! LOL!
