As I went on to say: Immediately we have a significant lowering of the $200 Billion. Two factors: 1) lower consumption; 2) lower prices in the commodity markets. Now we can use the annual savings of a percentage of the $200 Billion as seed money for more efficient use of energy... the cascade effect. The more we invest, the more we save.
