Saved :)

I use much the same, but the buttermilk is different. I also use sour cream and yougurt (British spelling). I love dill. I prolly wouldn't use it in the blue cheese though unless I added the sugar.
Sometimes I mince a garlic clove.

I'll 'measure' the next time I do it.
I am what would be know as 'The Approximate Cook'... or design as I go. ;)

I've gotten so used to being on this low sodium diet now that if I do blue cheese... I do measure that... sodium content approximately 310mg per oz depending upon brand.

I do sugar occasionally too. It really depends upon the ingredients I have in the salad. If there are 'sweet' items in the salad sometimes I don't add the sugar.

I have loved blue cheese since I was very young. :)

I am NOT a fan of goat cheese :(
