31-Oct-06 16:13 ET In Play Chipotle Mexican Grill beats by $0.09; reports Q3 comps; guides for FY06 & FY07 (59.59 +0.54) : Reports Q3 (Sep) earnings of $0.36 per share, $0.09 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.27; revenues rose 28.3% year/year to $211.3 mln vs the $210.7 mln consensus. CMG Q3 comp store sales rise 11.6% vs 10% consensus. Co sees full year 2006 comparable restaurant sales increase in the low double-digits. For FY07 Co sees comparable restaurant sales increases in the low to mid single-digits. For FY07 Co sees opening 95-105 new restaurants, approximately 10% of which will be in new markets.
