It makes sense. If you are going to establish a permanent majority, you need a framework of establishing loyalties and moving money through the system. And the judiciary is an important part.

Too bad competence isn't part of the equation, but you can't have everything.

IMO its one thing to sell Congress; its another to sell the judiciary. They are the pimps and they think of the judiciary as their 'ho....makes me sick.
