That's why a certain newsletter writer said it is important to spread your uranium companies geographically - so that if some country nationalises its mines, you have others to fall back on. That's another reason he favours MGA - the assets are all over the world.

Of course if there's some worldwide conspiracy to nationalise all uranium mines you're stuffed - but that would be less likely than just one country doing a Venezuela/Bolivia.

I can certainly foresee a circumstance where speculators are forced to disgorge their uranium, although they will be compensated at the market price, similar to eminent domain.
