Just so you totally understand my outrage at this outrageousness, I don't smoke, never have, and have passed more piss tests then I care to remember both on submarines and now in today's workforce. This so called war on drugs is the biggest waste of funding and time I've seen by the USGov since prohibition.

Positively absurd.
