Only if he does not have the majority in the other branches. This has not been the case with this administration and it has clearly cared little for the other half of the people who did not vote for it. I consider this putting the partisanship beyond the good of the country borderline treasonous.

Not so. The policies and their implementation need constant tuning. Some would call this management. The world is very dynamic and does not always get the presidential memo on how it is suppose to behave.

Sure he does. Those are called campaign promises.

I already conceded this point. My objection was to actions that are inherently non-policy and not for the country, such as fund raising for his cohorts.
