The news from Iraq today is terrible, awful, dismal. The truth is, Bush's entire war polivy has failed. It has already failed. This is not an ongoing situation, it is over. In fact, Bush should have drastically changed course after his initial disasterous decisions years ago. But Bush refuses to change course. He talks about adapting and trusting generals, but his people have ignored the realities on the ground for years.

Kerry botched a joke, but that means nothing. What means something is the botched war in Iraq and that is Bush's fault.

Kerry was right about Iraq and we all know it. Way back in 2003, he warned Bush of not rushing in un-prepared and not doing the necessary diplomacy, weapons inspecting and coalition building. Kerry suggested putting off any invasion by six months in order to fully prepare and assess, only tom invade as a last resort because we HAD to, not because Bush wanted to. If we had done that, 3000 US dead troops might be alive today, 21,000 would not be wounded, we'd have 400 billion dollars back and tens of thousands of new terrorists wouldn't even exist.

Now you tell me who has hurt our troops. Kerry with a botched joke or Bush with his botched war? Answer please.
