I think Brazil can play a role as manufacturer based between US & China trade ... a possible 3-way trade that offset RMB inflation & dollar deflation. Dunno how it works, & the effectiveness of the Brazilian workers. It seems they are quite a nice fit. Ever gone to that part of the world ? Japan of course had failed to convince Peru people before. But they too have presence in Brazil. So do Chinese businessmen.
