That's because most Americans did not know the real John Kerry. Like any election in the last 2+ decades, the MSM has been a major player in intentionally misleading Americans about Republicans & being the media arm of the DNC. There was no lie to big, no cover up too smarmy, no smear or slander too salacious, if it harmed Republicans or helped the DNC. I documented quite a lot of it right here on this thread. That has to be worth many, many millions of votes on election day. And as longnshort noted, as usual there was plenty of voter fraud, most of which favored Dems.
