I say that there should be a draft. Then Dumbyass' stupid war will collapse the very next day after the draft is announced.

First of all, that is absolutely not what he said. That's a quote from someone on this thread.

And how do you know what he meant? Unless you are a mind reader, you can't know his intentions. He says he was talking about George Bush, which seems a lot more likely. Kerry would gain no advantage from insulting the troops.
