I understand the effective date is a year out. For those in now, the returns continue.

It may be not be as bad as you think.............I think.

Consider that those repatriated trust expenses in those cash flow rich enterprises will open interesting doors to the energy trusts.

Dividends and interesting mergers may be the outcome.
