I just don't think your going to legislate away drug abusers. There will always be users, legal or not. We aren't doing anything at this point except making drug dealers rich. Hell with it, legalize, tax, regulate, take the profit out of it for the criminal element. The prohibition gave us the mob and our war on drugs is giving us the cartels. Insanity.

Now I will get off my soap box and stop cluttering the thread:)
