My cousin was killed in Viet Nam. He wanted to be an architect, so he went back for a second tour so he could get financial help for his education. I don't remember after all this time how that worked, but he got financial help according to the time he served in the military. He was neither poor nor was he stupid, he was simply an ambitious kid who was a military surveyor in Viet Nam and got killed. Any idea of him being a poor dumb soldier is like spitting on the Viet Nam War memorial. Coming from a large family, it was the only way he could fulfill his dream of a good Education, it says a lot however about the Democratic Presidency, he died serving that the only way he saw to get an education he deserved was carrying a gun for the Democrats.

"If I ever should happen to inadvertently insult 140,000 heavily armed men on TV, I think I would offer an unconditional apology as soon thereafter as I could manage it."
