Earnings out. Strong revenue growth, but still sub $2M. Being perceived as negative. However, I view it as the glass is half full. Company finally starting to monetize codec technology. Pieces are coming together. Big potential upside if XM turns on Video to Vehicle. Or CTTnet turns on mobile phone video in China. Video is so prevalent that a low bit compression algorithm is needed to lower infrastructure costs (storage, bandwidth, etc). DivX based on the MPEG-4 codec and we are better than them. DivX making some serious dollars however and sports a $700M market cap. Today and early next week, will likely trade sharply down, potentially to the $0.69 range. I will be buying at the bottom of that range. Recently bought shares at $0.88 (chasing the stock. Bad Tom!) but will be able to average that down nicely. Good luck! No guts no glory! Tom
