There is never going to be "the answer". "The answer" is a combination of different methods. I could reduce my electrical consumption by about 60-75% by installing solar panels on my roof. That leaves another 25% of "the answer"... and maybe that 25% is a new nuclear plant, or wind power, or wave power or something else.

The first thing is to start taking steps in the right direction...
