It's arguably a little more or a little less depending on the source and method. But 25% is right in the ballpark.

Look at the GNP or GDP figures either calculated using current exchange rates or with purchasing power parity. 25% might be a bit high, but its over 20%. Depending on the exact calculation it can be over 25%.

Edit - This is pretty interesting if not highly reliable.
