Garman wins Tom Tom lawsuit....looks like GRMN will B UP 2day ! The inverse-Paul indicator is already working 2 perfection !! jajajajajajajaja 7:57AM Garmin says wins Dutch lawsuit brought by TomTom (GRMN) 44.98 : Co announces that it has today received a decision of the District Court in The Hague, Netherlands denying the preliminary injunction sought by TomTom in preliminary relief proceedings alleging infringement by GRMN of a European registered design owned by TomTom. Co says the court also ordered TomTom to pay GRMN's 37,000 euros to cover attorney fees for defending the preliminary relief proceedings.
