Everything is forgotten, it's all about Kerry. Exactly, perfectly what the Dems didn't need, and exactly what the Reps needed. I think the worst of it is over. To whit, his apology has been accepted: American Legion Accepts Kerry Apology 14wfie.com What was impressive is how the Dems jumped on his case en masse. That's what made his apology come out very quickly. They weren't going to let him screw it up for them this year. BTW I have been really impressed at how well Kerry has been operating behind the scenes this year........and let me tell you, he's been lending money left and right to other Dem hopefuls. He has been anything but a trooper thorughout this entire election, and for that, he deserves some respect. At the same time, he deserves criticism for his gaffe but the last thing I think we need to be is like the GOP who eat their own when they make a mistake.
