The right wing press is all over the press sending out figures about the level of education of the US troops. Notice that 85% of the officers have college degrees. What they fail to tell us how many of the body bags are those of troops who do not have college degrees.

That is what exactly what Kerry said which is that if you have low grades in school, then you are guy commanded out into the streets to face enemy fire while the officers ar ethe ones who sit around in "the Green Zone."

How can Bush say he is for the troops when he himself fled from wearing the uniform whereas Kerry did. Kerry knows better what goes on in the battlefield. Bush has to this day admitted that he doesn't know much about what goes on in Iraq and that he relies on his commanders to make the decisions for him.
