I will lunch over looking the surf tomorrow, because I do not have to be at the office;

my business card actually does not sport a job title, meaning i am unemployed, probably unemployable, which is just as well, since people who pay me mumble that i am worth the pain.

I guess we have a lot in common after all. :}

The Real Estate here in So. Florida:

New York investor called to sell the house bought for $230,000 1 year ago. Listed at $229,000. 6 weeks later, 2 offers. $170,000. and $190,000. Neither "buyer" responded to a counter offer.

Block of 12 apts on the beach, 5 apts for sale for over 6 months, no sales, 1 pulled from market, 1 rented, 2 of the others reduced and still no sale.

Sounds like your timing on your sale was perfect.
