I think AS and John Kerry are probably on the GOP payroll. They have to be.

Democrats have out-raised the GOP this past month and have pulled almost even in terms of money in the bank mainly due to corporate money switching parties. There was a big article about that the other day. Even rightwing minded companies are hedging their bets and sending checks to democrats.

Also, the GOP has 58 races to defend and the democrats don't need to fight in anywhere near as many. So the GOP money is spread thin.

New polls: Democrats ahead to take the Senate. But of course only by a hair. McCaskill and Webb lead. Menendez is a sure thing. But Ford falls due to racist ads. Racism still lives in the GOP's heart. realclearpolitics.com
